In many spiritual traditions, the breath is often seen as a bridge between the body and the mind, or the individual and the divine. To see in the New Year we will connect with our breath and explore together what the different belief systems have to say about it. Using the book ‘Breath’ by James Nestor, we will also learn about the benefits of breathing correctly and explore a few exercises, which can be used to promote wellbeing and deeper connection (participation optional).
